Quality standards: Protein trong khoảng 4.97-9.23 (% khối lượng), chất béo trong khoảng 36.68-68.12 (% khối lượng), carbohydrate trong khoảng 20.79-38.64 (% khối lượng).
Directions: Use directly. Pour into molds, cover cakes, decorate. Sô cô la đen được sản xuất từ bơ cacao nên cần được nấu tan chảy và ổn định trạng thái (temper) sô cô la theo biểu đồ nấu chảy và ổn định trạng thái trước khi sử dụng.
Storage instructions: Store in cool conditions (temperature 10°C - 28°C). Avoid sudden changes in temperature. Avoid direct sunlight on the product.
