How do we make chocolate?

Cocoa Beans

Separating cocoa beans after picking

Roasting

Cocoa beans are carefully roasted to develop the characteristic flavours of each region...

Winnowing & Grinding

Then it is sifted - separating the nib from the shell, and ground into liquid chocolate.

Conching & Tempering

The chocolate mixture is stirred continuously for several hours to reduce acidity and develop natural aromas.

Moulding

After being tempered, the liquid chocolate will be poured into molds to form chocolate bars.

Finished Product

Delicious chocolate bars for you to enjoy and help us 'bring chocolate back to its true nature'!
